Oil Mist Lubricator
This system is pneumatically operated. The air is fed to the system through a ON-OFF Solenoid valve. The air is used both as a carrying media for oil as well as for forcing out the oil from the reservoir. The oil is stored in an acrylic reservoir. The oil forced out of the cylinder is checked by the Hydraulic Solenoid valves ( to avoid unnecessary flow of oil due to its own weight. When the system is not working). The flow of oil is then broken into small fragments by compressed air in a junction block (atomizer).
