PTFE FLEXIBLE HOSES
Hose Construction: PTFE synterized resin smooth Innercore of Extuded white teflon with AISI 304 stainless steel wire braid reinforcement
Temprature Range: -60° C to +260° C (Static -200° C)
Application: Chemical Transfer, Steel Processing, Paint Spraying, Fuel and Lubricant Handling, Hydrualic Systems, Plastic Moulding Machines, Food Processing, Marine and Transportation Inustries.
End connection: Can be manufactured as per customer's specifications.

AISI - 304/321/216L Stainless Steel Corrugated Flexible Hoses (Bellow Type)
Construction: Annular Corrugated, Close Pitch Hose, Made from Butt Welded Tubing Braid: Single or Double laters of AISO - 304 Stainless Steel Wire Braid is provided to prevent elongation of the corrugated hose and increase in the pressure strength of the hose.
Size Range: 1/4 Inch to 10 Inch ID. Larger size available upon request.
Temperature Rating: -270° C to +800°C
Application: Steam Lines, Cryogenic transfer for "liquified" Gas, Chemical Transfer, Gases and Vapors, Vaccum, Fuel and oil Burner Lines, Absorbs Vibration and deadens Noise in rigid systems.
Hose End Fittings: Argon or T.I.G. welding includes: BSP, BSPT, NPT, NPTF, METRIC, J.I.C., Union, Din, SAE, Dairy Fitting, Flange as per BS, ASA, DIN, SLIPON, WELDNECK or as per customer's Specifications.
Special Hose Assembly: Jacketed Hose Assembly, Vibration / Pump Connectors Assemblies, 90 Hose Asembly, Guarded Assembly & Lined Assembly.
