Coils
Coils encapsulated mostly alongwith torridal (strip wound) cores to offer heavy - duty inductance for hydraulic operations. Normally the encapsulation is done with thermosetting material ir DMC/backelite which can withstand extreme operating conditions.
Bobbin: Backelite/Nylon/Fiberglass
Winding: Precise winding on CNC winding M/c
Varnishing: After winding, coils are varnished with Dr. Beck's varnishes in Vaccum Impregnating Plant. Then coils are baked in oven.
Exncapsulation: Coils are moulded with Eposy(Ciba Giegy) or Nylon (Century Enka) to ensure watertight casing.
Core/ Magnetic path materials: Torroid cores and relevant magnetic materials are imported to match the original's performance.
Insulation: Coils are normally offered in 'F' class (155oC) insulation or 'H' class (180oC) insulation.
Lead wires/Plugs: PVC/Teflon lead wires are of ISI mark. Three pin quick connect plugs and sockets are offered in DIN standards.
Testing: Every coil is rigorously tested on digital instruments at every stage of production. It is tested for performance under extreme working conditions. Every coil also undergoes HV test.
Coils available for every Indian brand like Yuken, Vickers, Rexroth and many more.
