  • Written responses, mail outs, data input, printing & updating documents 
  • Managing and responding to initial enquiries and following up leads 
  • Filing & maintaining records 
  • Liaising with suppliers, professionals & others 
  • Event management 
  • Typing letters/dictation
  • Making enquiries to support the general running of the company 
  • Supporting directors and requirements for information, diary, appointment bookings etc
